Pranksters? They’re yobs

• YOUR report (Pranksters hit canal, June 11) of teenagers pushing people into the canal is very alarming. 
This sort of loutish and anti-social behaviour is much worse than a prank (OED – “a piece of mischief”) and I am disappointed that you so describe these yobs.
I cannot imagine that your sub-editor finds this matter a joke.
