Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 16 April 2009

Lay off our soldiers

• WHILE we all sit here happy in our own suburbia, reaping the benefits of a free society without the stain of blood on our hands, do we have the right to protest when our men come home from war?
I think not. War is not pretty and there are those who take it to extremes, and are rightly punished, but the majority of soldiers are putting their lives on the line every day in order to protect the way you have become accustomed to living your life.
