TOP junior prospect Jordan Grannum helped lead a select team of London boxers to a thrilling 4-3 win over Scotland on Thursday at Holborn’s New Connaught Rooms.
The highly-rated Islington fighter overcame the odds as he out-pointed Arran McNeil over three, two-minute rounds.
Despite conceding height, reach and weight, Jordan took the lead in the opening round as he used his jab to maximum effect. McNeil came out on top in the second, but Jordan, 16, proved fitter as he impressed the judges with his tireless work rate in the final round.
