Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 26 February 2009

On our side?

• THE well-attended Castlehaven Community Association annual meeting saw residents put questions to the leader of Camden Council on the proposals for the new development at Hawley Wharf.
Many were disappointed the council were unwilling or unable to show any leadership on this question. There was no commitment to have a police station built on the site, as local people have been calling for, and not even a commitment to ensure developers employ considerate builders.
There was a strong feeling that the council is not on our side.
