Medal haul: Young gymnasts put on the style for regional successes

YOUNGSTERS from Camden Gymnastics Club were back among the medals this week when they turned out for the Regional Qualifying Championships at the Newham Leisure Centre in east London.
Competing at bronze level, golden girls Nell Arendt, Maya Gordon and Tilly Stone-Wilson and team-mate Remi Animashaun all put in perfect presentations to clinch top spot on the winners’ podium.
James Nicol added to the medal haul after scooping a stunning silver, while Andrew Bankole collected bronze.
There were also creditable displays from Alex Salinas Brown, Asha Owen Adams and Eva James.
