A date with physio…
• I WRITE in response to Mr K Vaughan about his problems booking physiotherapy (Need to think ahead next time you break your leg, November 27).
Our popular physiotherapy department works at full capacity and we are looking at ways to expand this service. However, this sometimes means that patients have to wait longer than we would like. However, in this case the situation was compounded by a clerical error which resulted in an even longer wait for Mr Vaughan. We have been in touch with him to apologise and offer him an earlier appointment.
