Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 4 December 2008

Trickery

• I HAVE for many years volunteered on various projects in and around Talacre.
DV Felix is quite right in his assertion that the Talacre Gardens consultation tries to achieve a no vote for the Town Green (Only a ‘yes’ will do, November 20). The legal advice so freely given by Camden in the questionnaire certainly did “put the fear of the devil” into me.
However, having ordered this questionnaire and taken the better part of an hour analysing its 12 pages, I feel deeply insulted. It is so difficult to understand that only the most foolish and the bravest of souls would even attempt to deal with the trickery it contains.
Plenty of treachery hidden behind the simplest of questions. We all feel a bit cheated.
