Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 30 October 2008

Pain in neck no more…

• FURTHER to the letter from I Kemp (Hospital pain in neck, October 16), concerning the positioning of the seating and number machine in our blood room, I wanted to thank the writer for bringing this situation to our attention.
We agree that the number indicator is in the wrong place and are arranging to have it moved.
This and other users of the hospital might be interested to know that we are in the process of creating an additional phlebotomy area on the lower ground floor which will offer further space for people waiting for blood tests.
Dr Michael Thomas
Clinical Director Pathology, Royal Free Hampstead
