Camden New Journal - Letters to the Editor
Published: 23 October 2008

Hands-on approach for trained eye

The ARTICLE (Sculptor: Train fall image had to go if it offended, October 16) by Simon
Wroe discusses the controversy of the artist Paul Day portraying a fall/suicide/accident in a crowded platform, to go on the plinth of the Kissing Couple statue. Did anyone notice that the woman commuter in front of the crowd has a big male hand on her bottom and she is very annoyed? Us artists have to have a laugh!
