Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 12 June 2008

Confound the censors

• MAIDEN Lane estate residents are under threat.
A council plan to bulldoze up to 215 families out of their homes has met with fierce resistance from the residents.
The grass-roots organisation Save All Our Homes arose to stand up for the people whom the council want to uproot.
The website that this organisation set up has now been censored by Camden Council so that access to it is denied to all of their employees.
What an admission of guilt by the council. What have they got to hide?
But censoring the site has done them no good at all: hits to the website passed 12,000 recently and the rate is increasing day by day.
