Where’s the evidence?

• THE proposal to close post offices because of low usage was put to the public without any information on the levels of use, making the consultation valueless.
Now we hear that the information cannot even be made available in confidence to the council as a potential operator, leaving us to wonder if the evidence for closure exists.
