Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 8 May 2008

Team looks forward to making further practice improvements

• WE’RE writing in response to your coverage of the recent changes at the Brunswick, Camden Road, and King’s Cross surgeries.
We have been concerned to read reports suggesting that there will be a change in the quality of care, just because a different organisation – UnitedHealth Primary Care – will be running the surgeries.
As GPs we are committed to our patients and want to reassure our patients and your readers that we are continuing to provide the best possible care as UnitedHealth employees.
We have been consulted on how we can make even further improvements to the services we provide.
Our team is looking forward to developing the practice so that it meets the needs of our patients.
Working with United we will continue to provide the same high quality services that we already offer and in fact hope that having a strong management team and fresh ideas will have a really positive outcome for our patients.
Drs Ritchie, Saha & Hull
Brunswick Medical Centre, UnitedHealth Primary Care
