TV Ball in house plea

TELEVISION presenter Zoe Ball has applied to the Town Hall for a certificate to clear a conservatory at a house she owns in Belsize Park.
She has applied to planning chiefs for a certificate of lawfulness on an extension at the back of the house.
The conservatory was built before Ms Ball and her husband Norman Cook, better known as DJ Fatboy Slim, bought the house.
