Basement questions

• IF the proposed sub-basement work on Dartmouth Park Road (Hold back on basements, December 27) gets the go-ahead how will other residents feel when they will have to give up their expensive parking spaces for quite a time because of heavy plant and earth-moving machines?
Also, have the emergency services been asked for their opinions, as Dartmouth Park Road is used for the run through for them?
