Parliament Hill and Haverstock celebrate their victory
Crowning glory for youngsters

YOUNGSTERS from Parliament Hill School and Haverstock became the latest teams to be crowned champions in the Federation Football Cup.
Organised by the Camden Secondary Schools Federation, the day-long tournament has proved a huge success as teams from across the borough battle it out for top honours.
The latest set of finals, which were held at Haverstock School in Chalk Farm on Tuesday, gave Year 10 and 11 teams the chance to show off their silky soccer skills.
In the boys’ finale, hosts Haverstock were crowned winners after seeing off competition from South Camden Community School and Acland Burghly.
The girls’ competition was won by Parliament Hill School in Highgate, who tipped Camden School for Girls, Hampstead, Haverstock and South Camden to the trophy.
There have been goals galore in the Federation Cup this season. After a series of action packed group matches, Hampstead Boys and Camden School for Girls reigned victorous in the Year 8 tournament.
In the Year 7 competition, Haverstock and Hampstead shared top honours in the girls’ event, with South Camden Community School winning the boys’ trophy.
