Camden’s Mary Guest and Dynamo’s Ashley Fletcher
Natalie fires Dynamo win in epic derby day clash

Greater London League
Division One
Camden Town 0, Dynamo 3

THE weather may have hit Arsenal, Spurs, Katabella and Hampstead’s attempts to play this weekend, but derby day between Camden Town and Islington’s Dynamo North London went ahead.
Dynamo won this fixture 3-1 back in October and they were back in the driving seat after just three minutes at Regent’s Park on Sunday when Ashley Fletcher beat the Town defence.
Eloise Young ensured Dynamo went into the break two up and they looked to have settled the match soon after the re-start. Inspirational skipper Natalie Burnett made it 16 goals for the season so far when she outpaced the Town defence and lobbed the keeper to make it 3-0.
The home side never gave up and skipper Susanna Twidale came agonisingly close to pulling a goal back.
Kath Wickens dashed off down the wing and with the keeper committed well outside her area, popped a teasing cross into the box, but Twidale belted the ball beyond the gaping goalmouth.
The result leaves Dynamo second in the league, with Town languishing second from bottom.
