Mother jailed

THE mother of a man charged with murder was yesterday (Wednesday) jailed for threatening a potential witness in his case.
Tracey Barton, 44, of Freeling House, was sentenced to six months jail after pleading guilty to the charge of witness intimidation at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
She was arrested in July after threatening a man who could give evidence in a trial concerning the murder of a man on a West Hampstead housing estate earlier in June.
