We are talking
• I AM writing further to your recent articles and letters on the redevelopment of the Waites Houses in Priory Road, Camden.
This is a scheme which fails the government’s decent homes standard where we are considering the best options for the future.
Our aim is to provide safe, decent housing for our tenants. These need to be fit for the 21st century of a design and size that meets the needs of all the local community.
To achieve that aim we will work with the residents to ensure that the issues are fully explored before final decisions are taken. Tenants will be involved and provided with independent advice.
