The Blitz bounced back with a touchdown from Lennox Johnson and a field goal from Duncan Aldous giving them a 10-6 lead.
Both teams scored another touchdown before the break, the Blitz with a 17-yard pass from quarterback Tom Britton to Duncan Aldous - giving the north London club a 17-12 lead at half time.
Two quick touchdowns in the second half saw the Olympians jump out to a 25-17 lead.
