Death by self neglect

Keith Perry, 70, died at University College London Hospital (UCLH) last December, after friends found him in a weak state at his home in Barker Drive, Camden Town.
St Pancras Coroner’s Court heard last Tuesday how Mr Perry had struggled to eat.
St Pancras coroner Dr Andrew Reid gave the cause of death as malnutrition and self neglect.
