Gold for Esther

HIGHGATE Harrier Esther Evans continued her glittering form after winning the World Duathlon Championships in Gyor, Hungary over the weekend.
Competing in the 30 to 34 years-old category, Evans recorded a combined time of 1:53:04 to finish more than a minute clear of the chasing field.
Meanwhile in the men’s event, teammate Jon Gardner also put on an impressive display to finish in 23rd place.
