• YOUR correspondents, including Labour councillor Theo Blackwell and Geethika Jayatilaka, like your paper, have short memories.
Your paper states home helps have traditionally been free. Not true. Payment stopped about 2001. The assessment officer who interviewed me was polite, sympathetic and helpful, not a Stasi.
