Doctor's tonic with bike find
A DOCTOR has found his stolen bike chained to a doorstep
just yards from his home.
Dr Philip Matthewman’s blue Raleigh cycle was taken from
his Kentish Town home, in Burghley Road, in November. Although
he bought a replacement, his old bike was the only one that
he could attach his doctor’s bag when he cycled to visit
patients.
Dr Matthewman said he is “chuffed” to be reunited
with the bike after his eagle-eyed son, Chris, spotted it in
nearby in Lady Somerset Road.
He added: “I’ve had to visit patients without my medical
bag because I can’t fix this bag to anything.” |
