An unfair
fine
• I parked my car on Willow Road. Needless to
say I had a Camden parking permit and adhered to all the legal
regulations necessary to own a car.
I went abroad and,on my return, discovered that my car had
been taken to Camden car pound. I was then charged £450
to retrieve it. It seems that the parking bay had been suspended
in my absence.
Can it be reasonable that I am fined an amount grossly disproportionate
to my so-called offence and bearing in mind that I acted completely
legally ?
