Xmas thanks
• I WOULD like to thank all our volunteers who made our Christmas Day lunch at Marchmont Street so special for the older people who attended, who would otherwise have been alone for Christmas Day.
It was a fantastic day. The guests relaxed with a glass of wine, before opening their presents of hats, scarves, and chocolates kindly donated by Waitrose and many others. The wonderful volunteers, as well as those who gave money towards the party, including Drury Porter Opticians and Age Concern Camden, made a real difference.
